Philosophy
My philosophy of
education is that the classroom is a safe place to explore, innovate, take
risks, and learn without fear of judgement or reprisal. My classroom
will foster an environment of mutual respect which will teach students what it
means to be a good citizen.
I believe the role of
a teacher is to give students the tools they need to succeed. I will
use strategies to ensure students are able to take charge of their own
education through structured student-centered learning. I want to
instill confidence and self-sufficiency in my students so that they can be
better prepared for future education, careers, and personal endeavors.
My goal is to have an
effective classroom management plan that creates an atmosphere free from
distraction in which all students can focus on pursuing their
education. I will be an example and role model to my students and be
committed to excellence.
